  DO NOT rent a car from here and return it after hours. You will run the risk of being overcharged and told you kept it several days longer than you did. This has been a really frustrating experience. I normally rent cars from the Avis down by Kroger, often return after hours, and have never had an issue. However, I needed a car in a pinch while mine was in the shop, it was late in the day, and Avis was all out. So Enterprise I went. The customer service upon rental was fantastic. I only needed a car but they were out so they upgraded me to a van for no extra cost. Unfortunately my car wasn't done until Thursday evening so I didn't return the vehicle until Thursday evening around 8ish. As you can see in the photos of my Google maps it says I was at Enterprise at 8:20pm. The next week I was looking in my bank account and noticed I was way overcharged. When I called they said it looks like you had it for 6 days, which would have meant I returned it on Sunday (again refer to photos I didn't even leave my house Sunday). They said they would have to check the cameras which gave me no concern because I know what day I was there and I certainly know I didn't have that car for 6 days. To the point that I called them back a couple minutes after hanging up last week because I had told them I was there around 7 and my wife said it was actually around 8. Today I noticed the charges did get reversed and it has been a week, so I called back to check in. Only to be blown away that they said it was confirmed on their cameras that I returned the vehicle on Sunday evening so the charges stood. As a Lions fan I am more blown away by this than any one of the bogus video replays the Lions have been screwed on over the years. One thing is for certain there is no mistaking my whereabouts as we are tracked by our devices at all times.

  Tried to rent twice in the past two weeks from the Brighton, MI location. Reserved online the first time, showed up as scheduled, no cars available. Was advised by the store to call the next time to confirm, so I did. Called twelve hours before pickup and reserved a car. Got dropped off again, no cars available again. Do not trust this location, go in person if you must and speak to a human.
