  Took my new to me 2014 ram 1500 big horn there to have it undercoated and they did a phenomenal job. They were very polite on the phone and in person. It was also very clean on the inside, reminded me of being back in basic on Paris Island. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know, and coming back with every vehicle I buy.

  Well they tell you what you want to hear is their strength. Got my truck undercoated after asking alot of questions. I work all week so I got off early to drop it off and spoke with Lou. Left truck there after he powerwashed the frame as that is their prep. Lou called and told me it was done. Came to pick it up after the weekend and lots of spots missed including the entire top of the frame rails. To me that's the most important spot for salt to sit and cause rust. I called up there after I picked it up because I needed my truck for work and asked him about it and he said we tried and it's normal to look like we didn't spray it. So Ieft it at that and waited to speak with the manager Shane. Well Shane said bring it back up and it wouldn't be a problem to get it right. I Included a list of spots they missed as discussed with Shane was ok due to haveing to drop off after work.I was called the next day by Shane saying they went down the list and crossed off everything they did. What a mistake! Another waste of gas in 2 vehicles to drop off and pick up. The top of the frame rails were never touched AGAIN including the shock brackets and the scratch down to bare paint I found on 1st pickup. They did hit 2 miner spots they missed but these pics are after the 2nd trip up there. Disappointed!
