  I had such an incredible experience here and felt like it deserved a shoutout. I accidentally put the wrong gas in my car (total nightmare), and even though they were clearly busy, they took us right away because we were on our way back from a long road trip with our small baby. Not only did Tyler and Dave get everything handled quickly and professionally, but everyone was so kind, calm, and reassuring during a really stressful situation. It’s rare to find service like this. I’m so grateful and will absolutely be coming back here for anything I need moving forward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dealership/service team that truly goes above and beyond.

  Pre-ordered windshield wiper blades & scheduled an oil change for 2012 Ford Focus. They checked out the entire car, battery, tires, hoses, fluids, bulbs etc. They were thorough & professional. Great service department. Definitely recommend this dealership. Very friendly personnel. 👍

  I brought in my vehicle to have diagnosed because the engine was ticking. I thought it was a failing lifter and wanted piece of mind that I would be able to run my vehicle in an autocross event the next day. The diagnosis was as I had expected and they assured me that running the vehicle in the event wouldnt be a problem. It was nice to have that back up from them knowing that the vehicle would be ok. I got the estimate for what it would cost for the repairs and they provided the part numbers for each part that needed to be replaced. There was no pressure from them to get the work done by them. I brought the vehicle in on a Saturday around 10am and I was lucky enough that a technician was there to check out my vehicle. They performed the diagnosis and didnt charge me for it which was nice. The staff there were really helpful and nice

  I highly request using Mike Ferguson. I was looking for a used car. I went told him all of the features that I was looking for. They had a trade in come in with some of the things I was looking for but not all of them. He let me know about the vehicle before they even put it on the website. I looked at it and it wasn't quite what I was looking for. He didn't try and force it on me at all. He is very professional and not pushy at all.

  The repair, an engine oil leak, took 10 weeks and required returning to the dealer a total of three times. When I picked up the car after the initial 2 week repair. The oil leak was much worse than it was initially. Very few progress updates, I had to call to find out anything. I was never offered a loner car. It's clear that working on my car was not a priority for this dealership. For these reasons, I will not use Siemans Ford for any repair work and will not purchase anymore vehicles from them. I will not recommend them to anyone. My experience with other dealerships in the area is much better. I will be giving them my business in the future. And encourage everyone I know to do the same.
