I explained my situation and asked for help with my car. He took the time to listen, used his knowledge and technology to guide me through the issue, and even went the extra mile by sending pictures and answering my texts. Because of his help, my problem was resolved. Robert is truly a wonderful employee. Thank you for the great service, and I’m very happy he called me back.

We spoke to the service dept several times who told us they’re open Saturday morning. We just arrived (got a ride) and they are closed until TUESDAY. We are now stranded unless someone can help us. Tyler went out of his way to help get my daughters car fix when everyone else was telling me it would be 3 to 6 weeks. You can imagine teenagers would not be happy with missing a car for that long. From a diagnosis within 30 mins, submitting to warranty, to a timely repair, updating me throughout the entire process. I would recommend Tyler and the Siemens team for all your service needs they cover.
