I was told they did not have the air filter in stock but would order it and I could pick it up. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE AIR FILTER I HAD NOT RECEIVED YET. In the meantime life happened and I did not pick it up to have it installed… neither did I receive a call that the air filter had arrived! Additionally when I came in today to have the air filter I had paid $43 dollars for installed, the manager said it had been over a year AND the technician did not make any notes about the air filter I HAD PAID FOR LAST YEAR so he “couldn’t just give me a filter”. So I am being penalized for THEIR lack of systems?? How many other air filters did the shop charge people for without installing?? To add insult to injury they didn’t even look at my air filter TODAY to advise whether or not my current filter was any good. Why not?? Service was incredibly disappointing and poor and they essentially stole $43 from me with a shrug and “there’s nothing I can do”. Unbelievable. I will NEVER go to this service shop again and will be advising others to follow suit!
