- DDDeborah DDec 12, 20251.0They are rushing and did not secure the cover. The first time I thought it was my car issue , but this is the second time , another shop fixed it again, and my part was bent from damage after driving because of dragging due to improperly secured screws.
- BPBill PackerDec 5, 20252.0Really staff are nice guys and do a good job but the window sticker they give you tells you to change your oil again in 3,000 miles, which is crazy. Most manufacturers recommend 7,500-15,000 miles between oil changes, I do 5,000 which is cautious. Valvoline is clearly trying to get people to change their oil needlessly to boost sales. The same window sticker says “experts you can trust.” Nope.

I went to another Valvoline before picking this one because I was in the area but I waited 40 minutes instead of 10 to 15 minutes like they said. I asked the lady if she could help me back out because I didn’t want to wait any longer. The next day I came straight to your store (Which I always do) and should have done it before using the one at 13 mile and Greenfield Road. Everybody was having a good time, but they were also very quick during my oil change. I will ALWAYS, ALWAYS Come to Your Square, Lake And Telegraph Location!! I misplaced the card and forgot the name of the manager at that store, but I would LikeTo thank him and his crew for the quick, friendly And professional demeanor that they all exhibited.
