- JWJohn Wysocki6 days ago5.0Everybody was very nice when I pulled in. The garage was impeccably clean, especially for an oil change company. I went to another Valvoline before picking this one because I was in the area but I waited 40 minutes instead of 10 to 15 minutes like they said. I asked the lady if she could help me back out because I didn’t want to wait any longer. The next day I came straight to your store (Which I always do) and should have done it before using the one at 13 mile and Greenfield Road. Everybody was having a good time, but they were also very quick during my oil change. I will ALWAYS, ALWAYS Come to Your Square, Lake And Telegraph Location!! I misplaced the card and forgot the name of the manager at that store, but I would LikeTo thank him and his crew for the quick, friendly And professional demeanor that they all exhibited.
