  I had a great overall experience with General RV in Birch run. Our sales representative, Angel, was outstanding. She was kind, patient, and extremely dedicated. She spent over three and a half hours on the phone with us helping us find the right RV. When we arrived at the dealership, she greeted us warmly and explained the entire process clearly and thoroughly. She even helped secure a great discount on an RV we originally thought was out of our budget. Financing with Jerry was straightforward and honest. There were no gimmicks or pressure tactics. We were offered some great add-ons at fair prices. Overall, the dealership felt reputable and professional. There were a few areas that could improve: The cleaning and prep of the RV wasn’t perfect. We had to point out several items that needed additional attention. The walk-through/demo could have been more thorough. I would have preferred more hands-on demonstrations rather than just explanations. I also had some technical questions that couldn’t fully be answered. The tanks were not dumped before we left, even after winterization, so I recommend double-checking everything before driving off. There was some miscommunication regarding the hitch we requested. The service foreman ultimately made sure we received the correct hitch, which we appreciated. However, the interaction felt a bit abrupt. On the positive side, the team members who showed us how to properly set up the hitch were excellent — they were clear, helpful, and professional. My advice to future buyers: do your own research and become familiar with the RV you plan to purchase. It helps tremendously during the demo and final inspection. Despite a few minor issues, this was a positive experience overall. Angel especially made the process smooth and enjoyable, and we are happy with our purchase

  Gary Huber was very friendly and knowledgeable and during the walk through. Everyone is very welcoming! Our salesman Zac was very up front and honest as well!

  We had a great team! Jeff Margrif was a great sales person. He didn't rush us and he answered alll of our questions. Our demo person Gary Huber took great care of us. He showed us how everything worked and answered all of our questions. There were alot! Thanks General Rv

  The walk through and showing me, in detail, how to operate the water and water temps. Everyone in the building seemed available for questions and helped me through every aspect of the purchase, especially the team that helped me get my new truck setup with the best hitch for my situation.

  Bought a used RV was originally happy with the price. After we agreed they added a $3,000 maintenance fee so it was ready to go. That fee was just magically added to the prices and multiple things were still broke after the walkthrough that the fee was supposedly supposed to pre fix. It was a scam to get more money out of me. That are all sales men just trying to get your money. Refuse the prep fee it’s why you are buying from a dealership not Facebook
