Do yourself a favor and watch Liz Amazing on YouTube. You will see the junk the factories have been putting out for several years. If you get stuck with one of these lemons, Camping World will make your life miserable. They did it to me. Buyer beware

I had a great experience working with Kyler Nelson at Camping World. From the start, he was helpful, straightforward, and easy to work with. I was shopping around for a camper and had a lot of questions, but Kyler took the time to walk me through everything and made the whole process simple. He stayed in touch, explained the options clearly, and made sure I understood what I was looking at instead of trying to rush me into something. The entire experience felt smooth and stress free, which isn’t something you always get when making a big purchase like a camper. If you’re looking for someone who’s patient, knowledgeable, and actually cares about helping you find the right setup, I’d definitely recommend asking for Kyler Nelson.

This place is an absolute joke. They legit have 4 bad reviews within the last 24 hours, and no good ones... That alone should say everything you need to know about them. I have bought three campers in the last four years through dealerships. And never been played by a dealership like I was by this one. My sales representative was Kyler Nelson(1/10 stars). First of all, he barely responded to my calls. I had booked multiple FaceTime appointments to view the camper. He finally ended up FaceTiming me 3 hours late for the 2nd FaceTime appointment (he no call-no showed the first one.) Then when we finally got on the phone to close the deal. It turned out he did not verify any of the information regarding my trade-in with his managers and could not follow through with the deal because he lied to me about the trade in details. Yet he had assured me the trade in wouldn’t be a problem while he put my deal on the back burner for 2-3 days(barely taking my calls). Between his misinformation and lack of getting back to me in a timely manner, it dragged out the purchasing process by at least six days. Wasted a bunch of my time, and caused me to give up two other leads I had on perfectly good campers. Do not trust this place, go somewhere else. I worked sales for years, Their salesman are absolute garbage at their jobs and will say whatever hoping that the deal doesn’t fall through regardless of them having no idea what they are talking about. Apparently, they even have the Audacity to post a camper for 11,000 and charge an out the door price of $17000. Why am I not surprised at all. Don’t waste your time or energy on these people, especially Kyler Nelson.

When you go somewhere to look at a Travel Trailer and its listed at 11k, you don’t expect to see the out the door price at 17k… then when you countered the sales manager refused to even counter… that fact that yall charging more than 50% of cost of trailer as add ons is wild… Really 2,000 to prep and prepare a brand new trailer is wild… Misleading and scammy

I had a very frustrating experience with Camping World. Communication was extremely difficult — it was hard to get straight answers or speak with someone who seemed willing to actually help. What really crossed the line for me was that they pulled my credit without my permission. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My salesperson was fine at first — polite and helpful — but once I brought up the issue about my credit being pulled, their tone and energy completely changed during my next visit. The interaction felt noticeably different and much less welcoming. On top of that, they did not put much effort into helping me secure financing, and the camper prices were not competitive compared to other dealers I’ve looked at. The fees were excessive and poorly explained, which only added to the frustration. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. Transparency, professionalism, and customer service need serious improvement.
