  Awful customer service. Spam called me 5 times over the course of a day when all I wanted was an out-the-door cash number, which shouldn't be too hard to gather. Over 10 hours of back and forth, they finally came back with a ridiculously high price, including 1500 for them to hitch it and 750 for some camping package that I also didn't ask for. After being condescending about the safety of a weight distribution hitch, which I already have, he finally brought the price down to a realistic number. Due to attitudes and wasting my time, I won't be doing business with them.

  Drove two hours to look at a trailer this morning only to find out they had sold it last night. They called me to remind me about my appointment, but didn’t bother to tell me that they sold the trailer I was looking at. Had no idea I could put a hold on it and they did not tell me that when I had talked to them the three times on the phone! You need to do better camping world what a disappointment

  Though communication was good the used RV’s that were “ready” for us to look at where far from it. Units were dirty, floors torn, dog hair, interior damage, slides not working properly “ready”?

  We picked up our new camper today and the sales team was great, as it goes we had to work on the numbers but in the end I feel I got a great deal. The shop staff was great doing a full walk through and was very knowledgeable on the camper. All in all these guys were great and I am one.. wait for it... happy camper... BTW john was my salesman, he was adamant about answering my questions and prompt with a response. Great job John, thanks

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived and were given VIP lanyards and told to wait, only to sit there for 45 minutes before being told our paperwork wasn’t even ready. When we finally got to inspect the camper, the electric didn’t work. They said they’d fix it but gave no timeline, just told us to walk around because they were busy. No communication, no urgency. Our package was supposed to include an extra battery, and we had to ask multiple times about it. When they finally addressed it, they acted like they were doing us a favor instead of honoring what was included. After another hour and a half, they told us the camper was ready. No one walked us out or helped us. When we asked about the electric issue, no one could explain what was fixed. We were bounced between employees who clearly had no idea what was going on. Then came the worst part, they LOST THE KEYS. We spent time searching ourselves before they admitted they didn’t have them and would need to change the locks. Again, no timeline, no ownership, just that they were busy. When we asked for an estimate, the sales manager Dave Ricketts was dismissive and clearly annoyed, saying it would take a while with no real answer. After hours of waiting, poor communication, and zero organization, I expressed my frustration and was immediately asked if I just wanted to cancel. That says everything. We did cancel, and I’m glad we did. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and a total waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.
