  Four vehicles. Four visits to Gerber. Each time they screwed up something important, making us return multiple times to Big Rapids. We live 1 1/2 hours away from there.

  Progressive insurance claim...first off there is a reason you get low rates from Progressive, it's because they won't fix anything that you can't see with the naked eye. Don't get me wrong car looks okay but here's what they wouldn't fix that was caused by the accident... -radio -stabilitrak -check engine light!?!? -god only know what else

  I went to Gerber for an estimate on my car and they seemed friendly. The guy doing the estimate on my car seemed more interested in me then the car, and kept going on about how the business is really busy. After taking pictures of my car and writing in his notebook he told me the written estimate was going to take an hour and he'd email me the estimate. I went home and waited 27 hours. In that time I called twice to check on the process of my estimate and all they could say is "we are really busy." After I received the estimate I noticed everything was wrong. They had the wrong side to be repaired and parts that didn't need to be removed were getting removed. I had an appointment and instead of taking care of me and doing the estimate properly they took care of other people and rushed my problem. I'm just glad I didn't take my car to them, you cant rush fixing a car and expect it to run and look the way it did before.
