You will encounter way more problems than solutions and risk having your vehicle completely out of commission in the end. Got an oil change Fri 1/16 and by Sun 1/18 my oil light came on because oil was leaking out of the filter. Corporate seemed to be accommodating at first and sent the district manager out 1/19 to re-do the oil change in our driveway at home. Friday 1/23 my oil light comes on again. Same issue, oil leaking from the filter! This time, we got our regular mechanic involved and determined that the filter was not only very poor quality but also did not get tightened properly, AGAIN. Performance plus has blatantly REFUSED to refund our $103 dollars which is all we are asking for at this point. Their reasoning is that we should have given them a 3RD chance to get this simple oil change right before taking it to our trusted mechanic. Why would I even consider letting them touch my vehicle again?? Now I am out $200 all together after paying our regular mechanic not to mention the amount of time and energy I have been robbed of as a result of their incompetence. I pray these crooks go out of business. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
