We unfortunately had an accident on a roadtrip - enter the truly wonderful team at Gerber. They consistently called twice a week to provide use with status updates on the car. They went far above and beyond in their safety and repair worker. And the true kindness and generosity of their entire team (HUGE shoutouts to Mike, Madison & Sam) was truly remarkable. Although it was unfortunate to have an accident, we were truly blessed to have worked with this wonderful team that reminded us what true customer satisfaction and building relationships looks like with a business. 10 stars out of 5 - highly recommend.
