Also allowed me to drop the vehicle off at the place where my car was fixed. I’ve had some issues with Avis-Budget in the past, and Enterprise blew them out of the water!

- TTTagillaOct 27, 20251.0Here's the problem: I've been a loyal customer since September 2024. Consistent as well. Probably rent more than anyone in my area. You guys always get your money and always get your vehicle in the condition I got it but usually better because it's usually stinky but I don't complain about that. This new manager has been a problem since she arrived. Constantly fishing for a problem with me. I just don't get it. Everything i do with enterprise comes with a keen understanding. They know my patterns well. Suddenly I walk in today and I am on a " No rent" list for some reason. First of all I've been doing this all this time with no issues or warnings whatsoever. She always tells me I'm cool and no worries. So what's the problem? She says I smoke out the vehicles but I don't smoke. She really says that because I spray my cologne in the vents, mainly because I like my smell everywhere, but also because the vehicle they give me is usually funky as hell but I don't complain. I always send them back clean, with gas and all. She keeps being in my business about what I'm doing with the vehicle. Seems she doing more than what her job description is. She keeps complaining about the mileage I put on the vehicles as well but I thought I signed up for unlimited mileage. She keeps fishing for trouble and I am a really simple guy. So to ban me with no warning is heinous. I demand answers from the higher ups or I'll escalate this another way because this feels like a personal attack. Ive only started having trouble with enterprise when she became the new manager in Big Rapids. See, I don't even know her name lol. But I remember Drew and Eden (great people). That says a lot. Rant over.
