We had a rear wheel wobbling, and pulled in spur of the moment to see if Belle B.R. could help. We explained our mini emergency, and they got our car right in a bay. I forgot the special socket for the locking lug nut (on my tool box at home), but even with having to tear that off, they had us fixed and out the door pretty quickly. They even brought me out to show/explain why we had the wobble. Thanks guys for fast, friendly help on a moment's notice! Belle is awesome.
- RSRick SomesOct 10, 20255.0Without an appointment yesterday I was able to get my truck in to your Big Rapids location for new tires and an oil change . Your sales representative Matt was very helpful and professional . During the tire change a brake inspection revealed a replacement issue and I was advised that a brake pad replacement now would certainly be cheaper and safer than to allow any additional damage to the brake system. All the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. When I got back in my truck I found that a repair was made to my side review mirror, the mirror had detached from the main housing so I had placed tape on it for a temporary repair, your service personnel went ahead and repaired it and took the unsightly tape off, no charge they just did it !!! Thank you Big Rapids Belle Tire !!!

Several years ago I came here for tires and they told me I had brake problems and all these other issues with my car. Declined to have repairs they suggested. A shor time later I had an oil change at the local mechanic and asked him to look over the car and was told nothing was wrong. Went in a few weeks ago for tires with my other car, a 2022. Told I had brake issues and it would cost almost $500 to fix. The standard line by the mechanic and manager was the thickness of the brake pad is like a credit card. I'm sorry but when you told me the brake pad was 2 inches thick I'm pretty sure a credit card isn't 2 inches thick or it wouldn't fit in my wallet. Then I was presented with a graph about the alignment for the tires and it would be $75 dollars to align. He flashed me the graph and from what I could see in the two red spots it was -0.075 off. Really? For a 2022 vehicle and all this was wrong? In the entire time I sat there waiting for my car to be done every single person had something else wrong with their car. They totally scammed an older women that I was sitting next to. Will never go back. Read the negative reviews. Especially the one about the tie rods that the person paid $700 for no replacement. What happened to this place. Used to get good service and honesty.
