After spending 2,000 dollars on tires, I was not taken seriously when talking with representatives at the front desk. They also took much longer than anticipated without proper communication. Weeks later I discovered multiple of my rims had been cracked. Due to over torquing with an impact and not following procedure. Due to the cracks on my rims, they completely ruined my wheels costing me much more money.

I had a Belle Tire credit card that I have used for years and came to have my rear brakes and rotors repaired, planning to use my Belle Tire card. My car was inspected, I was given an estimate, which I agreed to. After a period of time, the service agent came back out and told they missed something upon the initial inspection and said I should get new tires, and one immediately, to which I agreed to. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours total, I went to pay using my Belle Tire card and was told they no longer take them. I could have went anywhere in town and rather would have for this service, but I needed to use this card. It's December, bills are piling up and it's Christmas time, so I thought, what a relief that I have this card. I was never notified that Belle Tire apparently switched card companies and was no longer accepting the card that I have had for years. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service, they will never have my business again nor will I recommend them. I had to wait to have them remove the brakes, rotors and new tire because I had no other way to pay for the charges. How humiliating and absolutely ridiculous.

We had a rear wheel wobbling, and pulled in spur of the moment to see if Belle B.R. could help. We explained our mini emergency, and they got our car right in a bay. I forgot the special socket for the locking lug nut (on my tool box at home), but even with having to tear that off, they had us fixed and out the door pretty quickly. They even brought me out to show/explain why we had the wobble. Thanks guys for fast, friendly help on a moment's notice! Belle is awesome.
