They'd had to order a part for my wife’s hybrid vehicle, and when she picked it up she asked whether they could install it for her. An employee named Ryan followed her outside and proceeded to do so. It was twice as complicated and took three times as long as he probably anticipated, but he was as pleasant as he was professional and he got the job done right. We truly won’t go anywhere else for car parts and guidance. And thanks, Ryan – you’re a great example of why AutoZone is our first and only choice.

The person who installed the wiper blades let the wiper arm slam down on the windshield which caused a star shaped break. Which spread further by the time we got home. That was 12-27 when we were there. They agreed it was their fault our windshield was broken and they would cover it. It is now 1-19 and we are still waiting for them to get the windshield replacement scheduled. There is always an excuse when we call. It has been 3 weeks that we can't drive our truck. The Crack is on the driver's side and spreading up in the line of sight. I get that our windshield is expensive, but your employee broke it. You agreed to pay to fix it, now get it done. There is no reason it should take this long, unless your trying to get out of paying for it.
