- DHDominic Hacko6 days ago1.0Set up an appointment here and tried to get an alignment and a few other services. After 2 hours of my car waiting in the lot where I parked it. And the staff telling me that I'd have the car done and back by 10am. If you could guess, 10am rolled by and I requested my keys back and left with the workers just sitting on their phones and open bays. Waste of time. I will never come back to this location.

- RWRobert WenteFeb 28, 20262.0I don’t know…. I mean they aren’t anything special. If there was another option I would probably go to it. What would make them special? Well if you arrive a few minutes early for a tire rotation appointment they wouldn’t have your car sitting out in the parking lot fifteen minutes past your appointment time. There are open car bays too. I could have had it done by now if they would have let me. Oh, and for the past few years I have always brought in a twelve pack or more of decent beer for the technician as a tip. It’s just a bummer. I guess I don’t understand what the barrier is for them.
