Came to AutoZone to help my father in-law change his battery, realized I brought an incomplete socket set and went into the store to see if they can lend the tools I needed. Instead Skylar came out with proper tool set and proceeded to change the battery for us. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Thanks again!!’
- MCMark CoulstonDec 18, 20255.0Joe is a honest to goodness hero! My daughter's Jeep had a dying battery and so we took our troubles to AutoZone in Berrien Springs Michigan. Joe looked up the battery in the stoore's computer system and gave a choice of a "good" battery or a "better" battery. We paid for the good battery and then Joe did the most amazing thing: he carried the battery out to the Jeep, removed the old battery, and installed the new one. He even smeared grease on the terminals to prevent corrosion. And he did it all while smiling and chatting. Incredible!!!
