Kepners held the line, and methodically worked thru every concern and issue I had. Specifically, Jesse kept me informed and took the time needed to hear my concerns and work out solid resolutions. Angie, Lori, and Denise fielded many calls from me as we worked thru the issues I raised, and maintained professional courtesy and kindness. In a time that seems like great customer service is a unicorn, Kepners stepped up. I will definitely recommend Kepners to friends, and family for any repair needs.
