  Staff was great ! an emergency rental due to a deer they were so nice and patient with me. I needed multiple days and date changes they were so helpful and even found a discount with my auto insurance.

  5 starts for the manager Aaron at the Benton Harbor location! We arrived with failed brakes about 20 minutes before they closed, right at spring break. There was only two cars left and it wasn't near the size we needed for our road trip. Aaron helped get us into a car and directed us to the South Bend airport to make a trade into a bigger vehicle. He did this quickly and efficiently before the office closed. When we had miscommunication issues with the procedure at the airport, when Aaron followed up via phone the next day, he adjusted our account and made everything right to make sure we were not overcharged. I could not be more pleased and count Aaron as one of our angels on this trip. He helped save spring break!

  Highly recommend, Aaron was amazing and so kind and helpful (this kid is definitely going places in life no pun intended) Car was excellent (Chrysler Pacifica). Great price and got our deposit ack quickly.
