And when we don't have to ask them they are asking us do you want us to check those items? I'm like seriously that's part of the whole oil change job we are paying for... Need to find a new place to get my stuff taken care of.

Never having been there i didn't know how the machines worked and felt like Staff thought I was stupid with how they talked to me. Again guys in the pit were awesome and explained stuff. If my normal oil guys can't do it I'll be coming back.
