- KSKristin StoweFeb 23, 20263.0Kepners is a reputable repair servicer in Berrien County. This is one of the many times that I have used them. I was unsatisfied with the communication apon finishing the repair I wasn't notified by text until after I called to check. When I picked up my vehicle it was filthy inside and out. The floor interior was filthy and the body looked like it had been driven down a dirt road. I washed the vehicle before dropping it off at the shop. I'm not sure what went on while my car was in their care.

There’s just a couple of trim pieces that are not pushed in all the way I felt like they rushed through everything I have under my car some plastic that is not taken care of and they took a bunch of pictures of my car and it just does not look the best. I am pleased with the paint work, but I’m not pleased with how it was put back together. As you can see in the picture, this is how I received my car and how I looked at it when I got to my house I was driving and I heard a flapping noise and I couldn’t figure out what it was The guy that came and gave me the estimate of my car he took multiple And he did not Clearly have this replaced and there’s some other stuff on my driver side door panel that he took pictures of, but was not completed I am not the most satisfied and I probably will not be considering coming back. I would warn You what you are getting yourself into By all means, it’s a very good place. They just sometimes are very sloppy and this was a very sloppy job that I am not very pleased.
