  As someone who works in reputation management, I understand how important positive Google reviews are to a business. I chose Gerber based on the strength of their positive reviews, which far outweighed the few negative ones. The fact that my insurance adjuster had also worked with them and spoke highly of them was the icing on the cake. Liz Stevens was fantastic with scheduling. We dropped the car off on a Sunday and it was ready in about a week. The repair was to the driver’s side door panel after someone backed into our car in a school parking lot. When we picked the car up, we were genuinely impressed, you’d never know it had been in an accident. The panel gaps are perfect, the seams are straight, and the paint is an perfect match, which is especially impressive for a 10-year-old car. They even washed the car and gave the interior a quick detail. If I ever need bodywork again, Gerber will absolutely be my first call.

  Don was great, good timing, good price anyone that needs repairs this is the place to go to. This is the only place for me and my cars. Anyone ask it's Gerber collision & Glass in Benton Harbor.
