It went today to pick it up. could not call nobody would answer numerous days to verify the reservation. We went today, September 27 and they have no reservation car for us no convertible nothing Very very poor business response is horrible. We do a lot of travel personal me and my wife as well as business. I will never recommend or use enterprise.
