  Failed to have the car available on time. 4.5 hours past the pickup time and still waiting. Just dropped the call on me while waiting, long wait time.

  Great service and the Emoyees are on point. Manager Aaron is exceptional, however the corporate office takes about half a month or longer before they issue you your refund from the deposit. Absolutely positively pure trash policy for a major corporation to steal / borrow your money to create a cash reserve float. Nice clean cars and top notch manager but hold your breath if you need your deposit back quickly. Decided to change my 4 stars to 5 stars because the employees including Tyler are simply exceptional. I just can’t hold back a star because of corporate level greed when the troops on the ground are giving their all. Thank you for the kind reply too.

  Edit: To respond to the canned automated reply from the business.. No, they don't care. Not all all. If you call the "customer service" number down there, you just get the standard automated menu system you get calling any of their other corporate numbers. If you then fight the menus long enough to get an actual person to speak to, they pretty much tell you "too bad, we really don't care" AFTER you listen to a bunch of pre-recorded nonsense about how much they really care about their customers and their experience or something else that's absolutely not true. This "customer service" response is 100 percent a dishonest attempt to save face by making others think they look into these things. They don't. If only zero stars were an option. It's not really an issue with staff, as they seem fairly friendly and competent at their jobs. The big problem is clownish policies. You could walk in there with a million dollars cash, and unless you're just purchasing a car outright. They won't allow you anything but a selection of trash, without a credit card. Using a debit card, is apparently a mortal sin. Even if you have enough money in the account to cover the average person's credit limit X20. Bill Gates could walk in, having decided he's done with credit cards, because as a smart businessman, the interest rates are. Nonsensical.. "Sorry Mr Gates, here's your Hyundai, company policy and all. Oh you'll put down a million dollar cash security deposit? Here's your Hyundai! Also the line between credit card and debit card cars is completely arbitrarily drawn. 5 dollar a day difference between two categories, and the lack of credit card will lock you out there. FIVE dollar per day difference! Sorry, even if you're a millionaire, but just don't like credit card interest rates.. But hey, this guy who's bank account is 1700 overdrawn and has 5 other maxed out cards, still happens to have 1200 bucks of limit left on ONE card.. "here you go sir, you may rent any vehicle we have, up to and including the top of the line stuff, for a few days at least." ZERO restrictions. Someone make this policy make any sense at all. How does this in any way protect the company, or their assets.. It doesn't.
