This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased through Brookfield and as usual it was a great experience. Anthony Polley is usual my go to guy but now he is helping build an awesome team i had the pleasure of working with Noel this time and between him and Anthony it was once again a pleasure experience and they explained everything to me in words I would understand. I would definitely recommend Brookfield as a go to place when looking for a vehicle.

I purchased a 2024 Trax Monday evening. The car is running hot on Saturday and the car is either leaking oil or coolant. This branch is extremely unprofessional and if I must say ran by very unskilled people. I was told to bring the car in Monday. They will not give a loaner even though I'm out of a car.
Jolene the GM was not helpful nor was she apologetic.
I will update with more info Monday IF they decide to fix the issue.
Please beware the deceptive scratch-off tickets distributed by this dealership! They are designed to fool you into believing that you've won a major prize, but if you look carefully, nowhere is the type of winning combination explicitly connected to a particular prize. If this dealership is willing to deceive people into thinking they've won a prize, I shudder to imagine what kind of predatory sales tactics they might use on customers shopping for a vehicle.
Edit: I am quite aware how your mailer works. In fact, I described it above. Your color-coded legend is no accident; you clearly intended for the recipient to see three red house symbols on their scratch-off, and to look to see which prize name was colored in red and placed alongside the red houses. How incredibly sleazy!

How does a dealership Try to charge a $200 diagnosis' fee on a brand new three week old truck with 1,400 miles???? They claimed it was in the event that "critters chewed through my wiring" when I brought it in and required me to agree to it in order to check the light. The tech said it's because you modified the truck. I explained that it was bought directly from Ram Upfitted by AEV, showed him the factory placard in the door jamb, has the AEV emblems and cert. it’s not a modified vehicle and It is covered entirely by Ram under the factory warranty. When done they corrected the problem, handed me the keys and told me I was good to go, no mention of charge.
Then today I get an invoice sent to me to pay stating could not duplicate the problem. Well what are you duplicating, you cleared the check engine light and took apart the air box for inspection???? I consulted my local dealership and they were shocked this dealership is trying to bill me for something clearly covered by warranty.

They were nice but communication is not their strong suit. Also, I understand they need to diagnose the problem, but if you get your vehicle fixed there, they should subtract this from your fee. It only takes a few minutes to plug in the scan tool, which we had already done! In fact I told them what the diagnostic code was. Why does it cost $187. to tell me something I already told them? Back to communication. They were supposed to call me by noon to tell me whether or not my truck was done. No call so I got a ride back to the service station at noon, but my truck was not done. They said I could pick up my truck by 5 pm but they would call to let me know. No call. I finally called them back and they told me they did not have the part but had to order. The truck would be ready the next day. It was. They did have a free shuttle, which was nice, and they picked me up and took me to my truck. I started driving only to see my tire pressure light was flashing on my truck. They had rotated the tires and had not put the correct pressure in. In fact they had added pressure to fronts at 91 and 90 PSI and backs at 61 and 64. The backs are supposed to be at 80 and the fronts at 60. Wouldn’t you think a Dodge service dealer would know this? You couldn’t help but see this when you start up the truck to move it as it flashes on the screen in front of the steering wheel with what the tire pressure is and what it should be! All in all a failing grade for this service area. Sloppy work, poor communication and outlandish prices. I will not be returning.
