It was 4:45 when we arrived and because they closed at 5 they told us they couldn't help even AFTER we explained the situation... we even asked to just put the spare on and they still said they couldn't help! Aaron overheard and said he would get it done! Even after the other two workers snarled at him for offering to help he stepped in... He literally installed us a whole new tire by 5:05! We appreciate his customer service!

I requested a simple alignment and was then told the two front control arms needed to be replaced, upping my anticipated spending that day by about $1,000. They were relatively new control arms so I told them I wanted my mechanic to look at them and left. My mechanic found no issues with the control arms. We took it to a different shop for the alignment and they also found no additional issues and simply did the alignment for $140. Other reviews indicate Belle Tire of Benton Harbor have tried to pull this exact stunt on others. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

- MSmohammad sobihNov 29, 20251.0Took a car i bought from the auction for alignment check, they said they checked it and it need an alignment after the alignment the car start pulling to the right so bad, I try argue with them but it was waste of time until I took it to a ln actual mechanic as we open the hood he noticed that whoever used own the car change the right struts with new one and did not change the left one and he was surprised how Belle tires mechanic didn't find that as soon they popped the hood.
