I brought in my truck and specifically described what I felt like was wrong with it, and they tried 2 or 3 other things before looking at what I thought was wrong. Of course each of the other things they tried came with parts that they had to charge me for. Ended up taking 4 weeks. The people I talked on the phone with were very kind and helpful but the overall process was a nightmare.

Was a lot of just sitting and waiting. Like no hurry to sell cars. Just wear the customer down and they agree to just about anything. Thursday evening I was approved for the two vehicles that I was looking at. I chose the Silverado but because of obligations I already had I had to leave before papers were finalized. Everything was put on hold to finish when I came back the next day. When I got there some guy was buying the truck that should have been mine. I should have left at that point. Was told they couldn't find financing for the other truck. Weird, since I was approved the night before. Got talked into a vehicle I really wasn't interested in, but oh well, IT IS WHAT IT IS. Burned by Brookfield once again.

The people were really nice. I came in to get the gift card. Was disappointed that it said on the flyer we won because we had the combination code that said we won it but our confirmation code didn’t give us the win. But Keith and the sale representative (cannot remember his name he looks like Tommy Lee jones) were extremely helpful and helped me walk out with a good car. Positive environment and a lot of positive energy.

I’m reaching out regarding a promotional flyer I received advertising a scratch-off prize. My number matched a listed winning number for a $2,500 Amazon gift card.
Before coming in, I called to confirm and was told my confirmation number was valid and that I needed to arrive before 5 PM to claim the prize. Based on that information, I made the trip to your store.
However, upon arrival, I was given a low-value Bluetooth speaker instead. This was extremely disappointing and felt misleading, especially after I had already confirmed the prize over the phone and rearranged my time to come in.

We had a great experience initially with Brookfield. The team did an excellent job helping us find a beautiful vehicle and worked with us to get a great deal. Our salesman was friendly, upbeat, and the staff even stayed about three hours past closing to finalize everything, which we truly appreciated.
However, the experience after the sale was disappointing. We were asked to bring the vehicle back the next morning for detailing and to have the gas tank filled. Because I had to work, my wife arranged for a babysitter to make the trip. When she arrived, she was told they were too busy and to come back later that afternoon—but that never ended up happening.
When she did return, the vehicle still wasn’t properly handled, and the dealership only put $30 worth of gas in the tank—just over a quarter tank. In my experience, dealerships typically provide a full tank with a purchase, so this was frustrating. On top of that, my wife had to arrange another babysitter and spend additional time going back again just to get the car cleaned the following day.
I’m not trying to be overly critical, but when commitments are made and not followed through, it leaves a bad impression. It felt like once the paperwork was signed, we were no longer a priority. I hope Brookfield can improve their follow-through after the sale, because the buying experience itself was excellent.
