- PAPatricia AkenbergerApr 6, 20261.0I haven't even finished paying for theses tires and I have had a flat in which the tire had to be replaced, (charged me over $40 to get a warranty on the new tire), that was just 2 weeks ago and now my tire light is on again. I called to get the car in no appointments. You cannot get timely service. To me having that tire light on is a stressor they don't seem to care about. If I could do this again I would not have bought tires from this company.

Despite this, my wife waited over four hours for her vehicle to receive four new tires. To make matters worse, all four tires were improperly inflated, none matched the recommended pressure for her vehicle or the tires purchased, and each tire had a different pressure. This experience was extremely disappointing, and as a result, we will not be returning.

Refused service due to "necessary repairs" quoted $2100 for work when I requested an alignment, not a quote for a front end rebuild. Car is perfectly fine in the front end. Told them toe out, camber, no front end alignment performed.

And they said I needed a front-end alignment when my vehicle does not pull ether way and no uneven tire ware. So like other people out there after my tire plain is up I will go somewhere else there's a lot other tire shops.

I previously went to Walmart but they mention not being able to work with my tire due to a run flat policy. NOW THANK GOD FOR BELLE TIRE. Those guys came like angels and saved me from being completely stranded. Although they didn’t have my exact tire, I was able to get a temporary replacement and be on my way. Honestly all things considered they not only did an amazing job accommodating my vehicle best as possible but were extremely reasonable on the total price. 5 stars from this guy
