  We stopped into Camping World just to “look around” for the upcoming camping season… and ended up having such a great experience thanks to Starr! She was bubbly, friendly, and so informative without being pushy at all. She took the time to answer our questions and made the whole visit fun and easy. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and cares about helping people. We’re definitely going to talk things over and will be back. Thanks again, Starr, for making our first stop of the camping season such a great one! ⭐️🏕️

  So, we had a super terrible experience today at this location. Cash in hand, ready to buy, and all Becky and Chris did was try to push financing on us “because they get a kickback from the lenders.” We showed up knowing what we wanted to buy, but Becky from Chelsea decided to waste our time further showing us used, junk, campers. Then when we played into her little game made sure to try and be funny. When she asked how many dogs we had, we responded with three. Then she thought she would be funny and say “no, actually four.” My wife and I clueless as to what she meant, she responded pointing to our daughter saying “haha, four. The child!” These two clowns wanted to tack on 2k in a deal that would show us how to work our camper. Which if you need these clowns to show you how to work your camper you don’t need to be towing one down the road. Plus they wanted to tack on a hitch for over 1k that you can buy for under 400 through numerous online stores. To sum it up, there’s no question why this place failed before. With people like this. They will fail again and we will do our business elsewhere. I felt like I was doing the coyote ugly just to get out of there without being disrespectful. Had my wife and child not of been there I would’ve humiliated them like they deserve!

  I had a great experience working with Becky at Camping World. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right RV for my needs. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the features clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Becky made the entire process smooth and stress-free, from browsing to paperwork. Her communication was excellent, and she followed up to make sure everything was going well after the purchase. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction the way she does. If you’re shopping at Camping World, I highly recommend asking for Becky — she’ll take great care of you!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star is amazing to work with! Even though she’s new, she is already doing a wonderful job. She is very attentive, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. She’s also very friendly and fun to be around, which made the process feel easy and comfortable. It’s so refreshing to work with a knowledgeable woman in the camper industry who truly cares about helping her customers. Star goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend asking for her if you're looking for a camper. She’s definitely going to go far! 🌟🚐

  My kids and I stopped in last week to look at some campers. We had such a wonderful experience at this location! The new building is absolutely beautiful. It is so clean and organized. They have a great sales floor. You can tell they take pride in their space. The staff was incredibly friendly. Chris and Shawn went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I would highly recommend someone looking for campers or any equipment to stop in to this Bellevile location.
