  10/20/25 So my rim was damaged while changing my rim. However the man Manager Todd was very honest and and since they don’t sell that rim anymore, he sent the rim out to be repaired and it came back looking great.

  *Don't trust these guys with your vehicle and don't trust them with your money* Strongly recommend looking elsewhere - I've dealt with them several times, whether on the phone or in person they are gruff and rude to customers, not transparent with their pricing (often telling you the cost of a service at the higher 'more premium end' of a product or service without telling you the cheaper price options) impossible to schedule reasonable and timely appointments with which is important for if you have an urgent car issue, and will leave out key details that are needed for them to do a service. I had an alignment schedule 2 weeks out which needed to be done pretty bad (that's the soonest which they could do) then comes the appointment, they take my truck, and then an hour later they call me telling me that they can't do it because of tread issues - waste of time! I called AutoLab immediately after, they were able to get me in THAT DAY and did the service in a few hours, done! Go to AutoLab right next door, they have better prices and faster service.

  Exceptional Service and Teamwork at Belle Tire – Belleville, MI I recently stopped into the Belle Tire on Belleville Road (right off I-94) needing two new tires and looking for the most economical option. Michael, one of the sales associates at the counter, went above and beyond to help me. He gave me a great deal, even honored a coupon that had expired, and included the Tire Warranty Protection Plan. The entire process was smooth and simple thanks to him. There was a small hiccup when my car was pulled into the garage — the associate who started working on it, Sebastian, seemed to disappear for a bit. But Adam quickly noticed that I had been waiting and immediately stepped in to finish the job. He even allowed me to observe the process and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Adam is a recent transfer from the Ann Arbor location, and I have to say, he’s a dynamic game-changer for this store. He showed initiative, awareness, and genuine customer care. In my opinion, he should be given more leadership responsibility on the floor — he has the drive and composure to help guide others and keep workflow smooth. Michael was also very apologetic about the brief delay and took the time to thank me for my patience while explaining that they’re still getting their staffing balanced. His communication and kindness really stood out — he’s a natural in customer service and should absolutely be on a management track. Overall, despite the small bump, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Belle Tire. Huge thanks to both Michael and Adam for turning what could have been a typical visit into an exceptional one.

  I went to the Belleville, Michigan Belle Tire around 8 a.m. to get my rear passenger tire fixed for a leak. Mike helped me, but told me it would be a few hours because of appointments — the same thing that happened during my last visit. Later, he said I should replace all my tires, even though Discount Tire rated them a “3” and said they just needed replacing soon. When I said I only wanted the leaky tire fixed, he told me he couldn’t do it because of company policy. I was frustrated because I paid for the warranty and expected to be able to use it. I usually have good experiences here, but this visit was really disappointing.

  Got my suspension replaced here, and bought the alignment warranty. The suspension kept making noise, so I brought it in a couple weeks later. I was told they couldn't get my suspension to repeat the noise I told them it was making, so there was nothing they could do. I brought it back a few months later because it started making a faint knocking sound in the rear when I would turn. They replaced the broken part of my rear suspension and did the alignment under warranty. However, the front suspension kept making noise. I finally had enough of the noise after awhile and took it back. This time they tell me nothing is broken, but sometimes the parts can just be noisy. They tell me parts would be covered by the warranty, but the warranty I purchased for the alignment had expired, and now I would have to pay for it again. I didn't have the money at that time, so I waited until I did. I come back about a month and a half to two months later, and I'm told one of my front struts is now completely broken, and I would have to pay for labor and realignment, and the cost is $400+ dollars more than they quoted me just a couple months ago when "nothing was wrong," and the "parts were just noisy." Not to mention they don't offer appointments to replace suspension parts under warranty. I was the first customer through the door as soon as they unlocked the doors, and waited over 8 hours for my car. I will no longer be giving them my business.
