  I bought new tires from here roughly 2 years ago and anout 1 1/2 weeks ago I noticed a bubble in my tire. I called Belle tire, they were able to get me in right away. Come to find out when I purchased those tires I didn’t get the warranty on them, don’t know why I did that because I always get the warranty. After spending $400 on a new tire and alignment Moose offered to sell me the warranty on all 4 tires, which usually doesn’t happen. He gave me a price that I wasn’t willing to pay especially after spending $400 but instead of losing a customer he negotiated the price and I walked out with a new tire and a warranty on all 4. I’m so grateful to Moose for taking the time to work with me and for not trying to rob me of every dollar. Moose is the reason I will continue to shop at belle tire so thank you!!

  I would like to thank the team for taking care of me. An appointment was made and was on time with starting the work on my Jeep. My husband and I were recommended tires that matched what was put on from the factory. At my appointment I was informed that there was an issue with the tires that we had scheduled to have installed, that they would not seat to the rim so we needed to find another tire to fit the rim. I was shown a tire that they said they would match the price, which they did!! Once I gave them the ok to use those tires, they had me out as soon as they could. They were even honest about my vehicle not needing an alignment which also saved me money. I appreciate all the extra attention they took to make sure that I was able to get out in time to take my daughter to practice. Thank you Belle Tire for going the extra mile!!!

  I had come in today for an inspection to check my vehicle due to a bumpy ride after hitting a side rail. Figured it was most likely just a rim or similar. They had attempted to nickel and dime for $3600 worth of repairs, without even removing my wheel stating that essentially every suspension piece was “possibly bent” and needed to replaced. In the end I put on my spare MYSELF after everything cause something seems off with what I was told. Come to find out looking at it myself there was zero issues besides the rim itself. So that is VERY scummy. Never coming back here again.

  The Belletire Belleville is one of the worst stores in terms of service, as their work is completely unprofessional. I visited them more than three times for the same problem. First, I left a damaged tire from my truck with them. They took my information and insurance company details and told me they would call me when the tire was repaired or replaced, but they never called. After a month, I went back and found the tire ready, even though they never contacted me. In any case, I took the tire, but they did not install it on my truck, even though that is their responsibility as a tire change company. I returned later and asked them to install the repaired tire in place of the spare tire, which they did. They told me everything was done, but when I inspected the truck bed, I found the spare tire still placed in the back of the vehicle. When I inquired, they informed me they couldn’t put it back in its original place, even though it was supposed to be stored underneath the truck bed. I can’t remove and place it myself, which is why I pay for insurance that deals with such services—but nothing came of it. This is truly unprofessional, disorganized work that does not serve customers.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I have no idea how these places stay in business. Untrust worthy and incompetent. I called asking for 2x tires. 2x specific tires. They confirmed they had 2 of the tires I wanted in stock. I asked multiple times to verify it was the correct tires and load range. I was re assured they were in stock and I had to pay cash only. So I drive 1 hour to pick up the tires just to find out they never had the tires in stock. They tried giving me a lesser tire that was cheaper. This is the exact reason why I will always pay a little extra to go to a dealer. This place is terrible. I highly recommend going somewhere else. This experience left a horrible impression on all Belle tires. I will share my experience with all my friends and family. The advisor also had a attitude. Stay away from this place. Totally unprofessional. My 2x tires were over $800. Nothing small.
