  Everyone working was very friendly and professional, I needed several things done and they all worked with me to make sure my car was fixed running and a reasonable price.

  After 2 weeks of no luck with anyone wanting to touch my stripped lug bolts, I called up this place and without hesitation they took on my car. They were willing and able to spend 2.5 hours on my car and at the end of the day I only paid for my tire change with no service fee included. The store manager has a great attitude even being swamped on a sunday with only one other person. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who want a team that works with care and with your experience in mind☺️

  I came here before to get my brakes fixed and it went super well but little did I know that customer service could reach this level of excellence. I had questions regarding a sound my car was making and Steve went out of his way to explain everything that was going on and gave it to me in paper form for future reference. Also offered to check my wheels for free, I haven’t really seen service like this maybe ever. I don’t think I go anywhere else now.

  I will never return to Monro’s again. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an Auto Shop. Originally went in, got a quote and they ordered parts, told us they would call when parts showed up. Fast forward 2 months, we call and are told just to “bring the vehicle in whenever, it’s a quick fix” Showed up without an appointment, got sent away and told to make an appointment. Our appointment to fix the car was failed to be scheduled not once, but twice. Then when the appointment came around, waited in the store for almost 3 hours before my vehicle went back to the garage. Car clearly has something wrong with the exhaust (it’s an SUV & it sounds like a diesel) they say they can’t find anything wrong, can’t fix it. And don’t even think about responding saying “Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it to help us improve” Because CLEARLY you are not taking the feedback you are given. The one star reviews you have here are from cases of actual neglect towards the customer’s safety. I should not have had to pay almost two THOUSAND dollars to get screwed over & treated like garbage.

  Had a brake line fail and needed to be replaced, was told we could get in the day we contacted them. Very poor communication on their behalf, we called every day to check on the status, only to be told that it wasn’t done for an entire week. If they would have told us that we would be continuously put to the back of the line, we would have seeked other options. We were charged 6 hrs labor and the car was there for a week. I learned not to take any of my vehicles there again and I would give them negative stars if it was possible.
