He forced it down and then put only 1 screw back in the top of the box. The filter box was brand new literally 2 weeks prior. Id love to know why he didnt take the time to do it properly, and where are the rest of the screws he removed!!! Engine light came on because i was taking in too much air. Tks young man you cost me ALOT of money!

My cabin filter needed replacing, I seen how bad it was! The manager explained, in detail, the specifics of the filter. They reset all my dash light indicators that they resolved (oil change, filter, tire pressure). No pressure to purchase extra things that I might not need. Both bays were full when I arrived. I waited less than 5 minutes. Then I pulled right in. My service was approximately 15 minutes!

He saved me about 20 bucks because I just bought new car and he recognized me from before and i didnt have a coupon. Said welcome back Young lady. I show up this weekend did not even get a smile reaction. When I asked about Shane if he is around they actually accept the fact he worked there before ignored that he was there at some point .. made me realized that he only recognized the ones that work. I have known Shane for year from his dad is the only reason I still come.. he is a humble guy and will tell you what you need and so forth i don' t feel that this time around..only making this post to say get people like him. Because we as a costumer can see the difference from ones who actually care versus the ones thats just about making the money. Shane actually saved me over 3000 by seeing what's actually the issues with my car versus others saying this could be wrong with it. Need more humble valuable employees like him. Ive seen him take a bunch in the beginning when he first started and hes come so far from that 1st time I seen. I would 100% always want to come back for these services with employees like him.
