He took the time to listen to what my needs were and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or need. He took the time to listen and didn’t make me feel rushed to make a decision. He explained all my options in detail and actually steered me to a truck that was lower priced than the one I had been looking at as it truly meet my needs. I will absolutely be going back to see Matt for future purchases and will definitely use thelen again for my automotive needs.

- TGTom GlazierJul 29, 20251.0I took my gladiator in for service with an extended warranty contract. I was called promptly to approve tare down as it was an internal engine issue. My service writer Josh did not mention the extended warranty any of the times I interacted with him. He just wanted approval to repair the issue for $3,600. I declined repairs after he said it was not covered. I asked to stop repairs with it disassembled and put the jeep outside as I would pick it up after hours. I was charged &180 for gaskets that I never recieved and the key was not in the jeep as I asked when I discussed having it parked outside. I had to go back home that night to get my other key and it took me almost 2 weeks to get my other key back since I didn't have the time to go during their hours of operation. I called the service manager about my issues and left a message. No return call and it's been 3 weeks since I was there. I will never return to that dealer and I encourage others to stay away also
