The wonderful gentlemen here took the time to run a diagnostic on the car and let us know what the problem was without charging us. Because the issue was just serviced at another shop we didn't have it repaired there. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us out. You guys are great! ☆☆☆☆☆

Also said they didn't find an oil leak however when I got the van back and looked under the hood, I immediately saw a lot of oil all over. (Attached are photos of what is visible) not happy at all with their service and feel the oil change shouldn't have cost $107
