- JTJonathan TrotterDec 31, 20251.0Had my 2002 Land Cruiser in there for a misfire. My daughter was driving and had it towed there. It only needed spark plugs and one ignition coil. Their prices for parts are ridiculous. $750 labor to replace 8 spark plugs and an ignition coil. They broke the air intake when they took it off and wanted me to purchase a new one (for $800). I declined, so they put the broken one back on and I purchased one for $150 from a wrecked land cruiser. The worst part, is when I went to pick up the vehicle, someone had stolen the catalytic converters. So, a bad ignition coil and spark plugs (which I could have done for about $150 on my own, is not costing me thousands. I do not recommend. The service manager was nice, but that's about where the goodness ends.
