    Cassie was incredibly helpful in my used vehicle search. I live 2 hours from her office and the vehicle, so checking it out before I traveled there was a challenge. She made it as easy as it could have been by prompt responses and extra photos. She’s kept me informed about the vehicle as the day approached when I would drive there to see it in person. It was well worth the trip and I bought the car after a long test drive. The price was perfect for my budget as well!

    I loved buying my car from them! They made the process so easy! They had my dream car and made it so easy to purchase even from 2 hours away! I would buy every car in the future from them if I could. Their communication skills are top notch, and they are very clear about the whole process so nothing is confused.

    Where do I even begin, I shouldn’t have even bought this car after my salesman says “I don’t know anything about Volkswagons…”. Fast forward I start having issues soon after my purchase. I’ve never bought an after market warranty before and had questions. I’m emailing said salesman, no answer… he got fired! And his emails aren’t being forwarded to anyone. I contact Pete Sink, the manager multiple times, emails, voicemails, employees claim they leave sticky notes and guess what? He NEVER contacts me back. Nobody does. I end up going to another dealership to get the repairs done. Multiple major repairs needed! Some covered by said warranty, but not all. I’ve put almost $4000 in repairs to this car out of pocket in the 2 years I’ve had it. My car was totaled this weekend. Everyone is fine nobody was in it (thank jesus). So obviously I’m in need of a new car. GAP insurance won’t pay the remainder of my lien until Labadie cancels the warranty. They said 6-10 weeks to process. At this point I’m furious. This is wrong! How many people have been taken advantage of and mistreated by this terrible establishment?! My husband was in the market for a new car a few months ago, we test drove a couple cars here all had major issues to the point our sales gal was embarrassed and suggested we keep looking elsewhere. So glad we dodged another bullet there!

    Gouged on parts!! Buyers beware!!!! I Bought my Avalon new from Labodie Toyota and am very happy with it but I see they do not want my parts business. I’m over 100 miles away and do most of my own service. I use genuine Toyota parts so when in town I purchased some odds and ends and was charged almost $3.00 over MSRP for Toyota oil filters. There are Toyota dealers closer to me so looks like I’ll be using one of them in the future. I’ve purchased coolant, WS transmission fluid, spark plugs and manifold parts in the past by walking in and ordering. Now I wonder what kind of beating I took all of those times. Guess it’s my own fault not asking for a quote before purchasing parts from them. It’s to bad their parts department can’t be trusted because I’m in Bay City quite often. I won’t be returning for a second beating.

    Tony Montoya was fantastic to work with! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Tony answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured nor did he try to persuade me into something else with the exception of trying to convince me to be more open to test driving different vehicles. This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I am very pleased with the process! Definitely will be recommending Labadie :)
