- JWJohn WinklerDec 19, 20255.0I went IN on Monday for "Service needed" light, and a process was used to clear it. Tuesday it came on again and I called, as instructed, to have an appointment made. I was asked to leave a number for call back. NO CALL BACK. I called again on Wednesday no answer again, and NO CALL BACK ALL DAY again. Took car IN on Thursday, and received verbal apology for the lack of call responses. The service was preformed and I left as a Happy Man. My advice is to check your answering messages more often, and give a response. I do not like to have to set around waiting for a call that never comes. Thank you Labadie Cadillac Service persons

The waiting area is probably the largest I have seen with plenty of comfortable seating there and in the showroom. Our salesperson, Lisa, made the appointment for us which was extra nice. The waiting area has a coffee machine that will make a variety of drinks. There is popcorn and a pop machine as well as a snack machine. We visited with Lisa and she offered to help us figure out how to set up Google Assistant. The time went quickly and we were soon back on the road.

There's a lounge that's extremely comfortable to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. Lounge has free popcorn and a Starbucks coffee machine also there's a area for Wi-Fi so you can bring your laptop and get work done if need be. It's a top tier experience. I definitely recommend checking this dealership and service department out.
