He listened to my concerns and then gave me detailed answers to all my questions. During the inspection of the car, a few other issues were found. Jared informed me by phone about everything that needed to be done. I authorized him to carry out all the work, and Jared gave me an estimated time when the car would be ready. I was very pleased when Jared called and told me that the car was already ready, earlier than planned. All the service work on the car was carried out to my complete satisfaction. They didn’t have a loaner or rental for me available even though they had my car for two plus weeks leaving me to share a car with my spouse which is difficult to do when you have a job that requires you to be on call and arrive in a certain time frame. Called multiple times through our my repair to inquire about loaner and rental availability with either no answer or call back. Was told my car would be done on the 24th and was not updated on the delays had to call multiple times since then to see what the hold up is and apparently It takes two days to do paperwork to release a car back to me. At this time still waiting on my car. Do better.
