Since my insurance made the reservation which they pay 100% of $50.00 a day. When i picked up the car which was easy and friendly process I payed my $100.00 deductible to receive the car. I was told you get the 100.00 back once you turn the car in. They gave me a car that was 51.00 dollars a day. I did not realize this nor was anything said. I'm confused as to why I would be given a car that was more than the reservation made by my insurance??? Shame on you enterprise. An up grade should never be given or offered unless someone asks.

I booked it two days in advance that would be plenty of time to reach out and let me know that you do not have a car instead of having me wake up early, wasting time & gas driving there. The employee working told me Saginaw had cars available which they did not thank god I called them before wasting ANOTHER trip. We were then told to go to Saginaw airport they have plenty of cars & would you believe it they don’t have any either?? This company as a whole sucks, no one here can communicate effectively to save their lives.

When asked why the call center would allow me to book one then, the person told me its a everyday problem they deal with and the system is broke in that sense and the employees have reached out to corporate many times to ask for control over thier locations bookings but corporate refuses. Insanity at its best.
