  New tires were put on rims that needed to be replaced, and I was NOT called to be given a choice to get new rims before they put new tires on rims that need to be replaced. When I picked the car up, I was not told anything until I returned the car within minutes because the car almost ran up the curb, the back tire was wobbling so bad the person following me was worried it was going to fall off. I was then told the rims needed to be replaced. I paid for a front end alignment. The manager had a bad attitude when I told him I wanted it fixed I was leaving it. I then got a call saying "it was a new guy" that worked on my car. If a new guy is working on customers cars then the manager should be checking their work! They obviously dont road test after doing any kind of work! I was sent to get a rim from a junk yard and then that was put on, which was damaged. So what kind of people take it upon themselves to put new tires on rims that are not going to live up to standards. Corporate has told me they are checking into the situation, going to talk to higher management and get back to me. I haven't gotten a call back. So I have a swt of new tires on a car that has rims that need replaced and are shaking, an alignment that pulls to the left they claim they reset. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED BY ALL EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MANAGEMENT AND A VEHICLE THATS JUST THROWN TOGETHER FOR SALES!

  I had the best experience getting tires and wheels. Mike was FANTASTIC in helping me get exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. He went above & beyond for me….always friendly, helpful & available. Highly recommend!!!

  Brought car there directly after getting it out of shop and getting everything tuned up and fixed. Went right from shop to bell tire. Car drove great. Just meeded that alignment. Left bell tire hours later $400 with alignment and new tire and wouldn't you know its all messed up again. :/ I recomend avoiding this place. You'll save money and time going somewhere else.
