- NCNancey Chambers6 days ago1.0Not only did they raise the prices, but the prices they show you on their price sheet aren't even the prices. What starts as $110 for a full synthetic oil change (outrageous price as is) shoots up to $122. They track on an extra $7 because they said my car would need an extra half quart. They also tack on an extra $5 for another service fee... Why isn't that in the price to begin with??? I'll change my own oil.

From day one, I’ve received outstanding service, especially from an employee named Tristan. He consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly, breaks things down in a way I can understand, and makes the whole experience stress-free. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, that level of patience and communication means a lot to me. Overall, the entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming every time I come in. They make sure I feel comfortable, informed, and confident about the work being done on my vehicle. I truly appreciate the honesty and quality of service here. I feel comfortable going to them because they are honest about the extra stuff my car needs. I appreciate that they can tell me if something can wait or isn't urgent, as opposed to trying to sell me a ton of unnecessary extra services at every visit.
