  Tommy’s Car Wash is amazing! Every time I come here my car comes out looking clean. I was especially impressed when the GM, Daniel, came up to my car and offered to help me change my tires. That level of kindness and willingness to go above and beyond is rare and truly appreciated. It’s clear this location has a great team and strong leadership. Highly recommend Tommy’s Car Wash to anyone looking for both quality service and genuinely caring staff!

  Service was very pleasant car wash was great bumped the vacuums bought a month supply and the gentleman Michael jumped to my car because it would not start That was an added bonus again what a wonderful place to visit I will return and highly recommend

  Just cancelled my Whitewater service. Have been with them since the one opened on Beckley. Have only used Tommy’s once but am really impressed. Daniel that helped me was very pleasant and answered all my questions and helped me get things set up on my phone.

  From a dull finish to a brilliant shine in under 3 minutes — absolutely spectacular results every single time! What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. I came in with no account, just looking for a quick wash, and left as a loyal customer — all thanks to Catherine. Her warm, genuine welcome turned a simple visit into an exceptional experience. The team here goes above and beyond, and the tunnel wash delivers fast, flawless results that speak for themselves. If you’re looking for quality, efficiency, and people who actually care — this is the place. Highly recommended. I won’t be going anywhere else.

  I’m currently updating my review and wanted to ask a few honest questions. Why are customers being charged for cleaning products when other well-known car washes in town include them as part of the service? I’ve also noticed that the towel dispensers are often empty, while competitors consistently provide clean towels for drying and wiping down vehicles. On top of that, why is there a charge for the air nozzle when this is typically offered free elsewhere? It’s small details like these that really impact the overall experience. Another concern is the lack of staff presence. There’s rarely anyone available to guide customers in, which makes the process feel like you’re entering at your own risk rather than being welcomed or assisted. When comparing prices, there isn’t much difference between your wash and others in the area—but the level of service and included amenities doesn’t seem to match. Can you explain what sets your car wash apart from competitors? From a customer’s perspective, it’s hard not to question the value being offered. After trying a few other car washes around town, I decided to give Tommy's Express Car Wash another shot—but unfortunately, it just reinforced why I don’t recommend it. For the price you pay, you’d expect a clean, spotless finish. Instead, I was left with grease smeared around my vehicle, which is pretty disappointing. On top of that, the cost feels high considering the lack of amenities compared to other options in the area. Overall, it just doesn’t deliver the value or quality you’d expect. There are definitely better car wash options out there that actually leave your car clean.
