I was in a car accident and the gentlemen we worked with (Jimmy) was very polite and accommodating for what we needed as a family! Being at the same time as Spring break He tried his best to make sure we had what we needed and checked up on us after a couple days to see if we were still satisfied with the rental!

The guy refused to help by calling other Enterprises in the area and offered zero assistance to see if they have any available. We leave for a flight this evening and are now scrambling to find a car. I just wish they’d have called and gave us a heads up vs letting us get there and find out. I called Kalamazoo locations myself & they were wonderful and helpful although they didn’t have any.

- RCRob CApr 2, 20262.0My insurance gave me a rental while my Suv was being repaired. Enterprise gave me a comparable SUV. BUT upon returning the vehicle they forced me to pay out of pocket for an up charge fee on a vehicle that I did not request, And then said it was my insurance fault for not allowing enough money, even though the total amount was hundreds less than what was allowed by my insurance. My insurance company, "auto owners" has always treated me great, car, house even my boat damage, so I know it was not their fault. I feel it was Enterprise padding their pockets, or paying for their new building.
