  I am extremely happy with the customer service here! This was my first time here and I will be back! Uriel and Austin moved quickly and efficiently around my vehicle doing their thing while Tristan explained what they were doing plus answered all the questions I had. This is my new place to go in Battle Creek! Thank you, Tristan and guys for the great experience!

  Stopped by late Sunday afternoon around 4:30pm for an oil change. Mikey and another guy were working. They were fast, friendly, and addressed all my concerns - including topping off all my car's fluids like the washer fluid we all use so much of during the winter months. I've been going to the dealership, but didn't have time. This was a great experience, no need to wait or dropping off your car. Thank you! You earned a loyal customer.

  Tristen was awesome. The only reason I decided to stay rather than go down the road. To the owner/managment 1. Stock Mobil One. It’s the best, most well known oil in the business. If I am going to pay top dollar I expect top of the line products. 2. Get Tristen some help over here. Great guy, great employee but unfair to ask him to run both bays by himself. That’s a recipe to lose a great employee, have mistakes made and miss add on type sales. One guy doing the job of two for the pay of one.

  I went on December 4th, had top off of fluids, plus new snow wipers. I thought it was a complete oil change. My fault for the misunderstanding! I went back today December 11, after having new lifters put in, & push bar straighten my car was still running hard. The gent that worked on my car has been working on autos for 30+ years. So it doesn't sound as bad. She's still cranky sounding sitting still. She runs better though. Point being , this Uncle Ed's has been great with the gents having great manners, respect, & are very professional!!! Shout out to Austin, Tristan & Damien!!!

  I was scraping snow & ice off my truck this morning, a bit roughly because I was in a hurry, and broke my wiper blade on the drivers side. There was no way I could drive the highway to work without one so off to Uncle Ed’s I drove. I pulled in behind the building at 7:50, they weren’t open yet. I started to put it in reverse when the manager opened the bay and walked out to talk to me. He said, “We’re not technically open yet so I can’t take payment right now, but if you could come back later to pay for it, we’ll take care of that for you right now.” I couldn’t believe it! With a promise to come back later, I zoomed off and made it to work on time. 6:30 tonight found me pulled into the same bay at Uncle Ed’s to pay my bill, an oil change and a fuel cleaning treatment. THIS is what customer service should look like! THANK YOU Uncle Ed’s for saving the day! You earned a lifelong customer!
