  One star only cuz that lets me respond I have a 2002 f250 smidge in amount of rust on one fender and a cab corner it's got a hole he wouldn't let me go through the car wash as I go through all the other car washes with it but there was a free coupon and I went to use it to see how it worked and they wouldn't let me go through very disappointing definitely will be telling everybody else if you got a spot of rust on your car don't go there they won't let you through, (and then he comes back and says we're here to protect our machinery totally disappointed companies response like I say don't go there if you have any rust on your car or even a little tiny hole they won't let you through pretty bad business policy when all the other car washes that I go through never questioned it definitely will be passing this on to all my friends

  I love the fact they do not have a chain system that clamps on to your wheels and jerks your car through the wash. It is bright and open while you drive through. It doesn't feel like you are going through a cave.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve really enjoyed every visit to Tommy’s Car Wash. By far, it’s the best car wash in Battle Creek. The staff is always friendly and pleasant, and the facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. Anytime there’s a question or a minor issue, someone is immediately there to help. Overall, it’s dependable, professional, and definitely my go-to car wash in Battle Creek. Highly recommend!

  I went to the Tommy's Express in Battle Creek on Columbia on 1-3-26 to use a "free" coupon I received in the mail. Catherine the employee who was working the window said "if use both of your free coupons you'll get a total month free. I asked her what I needed to do and she said I'll input your information into the computer and you'll be all set. After the trial membership if you choose to continue with your monthly membership you can choose what level you want and it will automatically be billed to the card provided. If you don't want to continue you can decline the membership and your all set. I got to the wash entrance where I was greeted by Jacob welcoming me to Tommy's of Battle Creek and he congratulated me on my trial membership. I received a text a few minutes later about my trial membership but I couldn't response due to traveling and business meetings. I went back on 1-5-26 and met with the General Manager Daniel and brief him on my positive experience on 1-3-26. I told him I would be interested in obtaining a monthly membership when my trial membership ends but I'm not tech savvy and didn't know what I needed to do with the text link. Daniel was very professional assisting me and didn't make me uncomfortable as he walked me through the membership process.
