Lady if you don't like to be at the counter get a job behind the phone. Maybe that way the person on the other side won't see all your bad gestures and bad attitude. I will go to TA from now on. Clearly the sign says Welcome. She is not the right person for that job.
- EMElfan M.Dec 1, 20251.0I stopped at this Pilot early in the morning around 6:30 AM to take a shower. I reserved a shower through the app — it showed I was next. When I walked inside to check the shower area, one shower had the door wide open with no one cleaning it, and showers 1 and 2 were showing green, clearly available. But for some reason the app wouldn’t send me to either one, like the system never updated that they were free. Meanwhile, there were two or three cashiers just chatting behind the counter, not paying any attention to the shower situation at all. No one bothered to check or reset the rooms. Then a large woman came in, glued to her phone. She went into the service room where the cleaning supplies are kept and just stayed there — apparently completely lost in Instagram reels. After her, two more people came in, and they didn’t care about the situation either. Finally, the oldest guy on staff showed up. I was standing right in front of the door, and he started loudly snorting while dramatically wiping the shower cabin and the floor outside with the same towels they give customers to dry themselves. I knew what he was doing, but I really didn’t need to see it. In short: don’t expect to use the showers at this Pilot. It’s better to use nearby truck stops closer to your unloading locations, because you will just end up wasting your time here.
