    I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Lakeview Ford and the service on my 2024 Ford Bronco. I initially wrote a 5 star review for Susie whom I purchased my car with, and still adore her. However, over the past year, I’ve brought the vehicle in close to 10 times for issues, many of which seem unreasonable for a nearly new car with only ~27,000 miles. When I purchased the vehicle in December 2024, I was repeatedly told that with the Triple Care coverage we bought, plus the factory warranty, “everything” would be covered up to 36,000 miles or 3 years, whether it was my fault or not, inside and out. Recently, the dashboard cracked and there are several cosmetic issues that frankly shouldn’t happen on a car this new. It was obvious service assumed that I had done this damage to my own car. When I brought this up with Allen (the finance manager we signed with), he became defensive and insisted that not everything is covered under a warranty and that I can’t expect perfection, which I understand to a degree, but not after this many problems. Also, simply taking me to review what my husband and I had signed at the time we purchased the car would have gone over a lot better and I would have felt heard and not blown off. The way the warranty was presented to me at purchase and how it actually works are very different. It feels misleading and extremely frustrating. At this point, because of the way my concerns have been handled, I will be advising friends, family, and people online to avoid purchasing a new vehicle from Lakeview Ford. I cannot confidently recommend a dealership that does not clearly represent its warranty coverage and does not stand behind its customers when problems arise.

    Dustin was amazing, as well as the finance manager. They were understanding, willing to work with me and i had showed up to get a different vehicle and found one i love. Definitely recommend!

    We recently bought a 2022 Ford Escape and worked with Halen who was great! We had a car fire that totaled our car and she loaned us a car, filled it with gas to use until the Escape was ready for delivery. They also filled up the Escape with gas and Haley took the time to help us set up the phone car system and our Sirius radio. The car is amazing! Vince the owner really cares about customer service! From start to finish, they went above and beyond in a way that truly sets Lakeview Ford apart. After my car was totaled and the renal was cancelled due to total, I was stuck in a stressful situation with my bank delaying an insurance payout for weeks. What should have been straightforward became overwhelming fast. That’s when Helen and her team stepped in. They didn’t just sell me a vehicle — they took care of me. They made sure I had coverage, secured a vehicle so I could continue working and living my life, and handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and urgency. While others made the process difficult, Lakeview Ford made it seamless. They treated me like a priority, not a transaction. Their communication was clear, their support was genuine, and their follow-through was unmatched. Amazing and caring doesn’t even begin to describe what they did for me. When it’s time to replace my other family vehicles, there’s no question where I’m going. I’ll confidently recommend them to anyone who asks.
