- CLCody LeonardDec 17, 20251.0We used this Belle Tire location for all of our tire needs for years, often having brakes or oil changes done too. We've had several issues come up and our recent experience led to this review. Here are the specific issues we've run into and why I'd never suggest anyone use this location. 3 times we've had them not patch/fix the tire we brought in to fix. They seem to get so worked about brakes and whatever else that sometimes they forget the most basic thing we need. They can't get us in there unless we show up 15+ minutes prior to opening. Not sure if it's staffing issues or what. They always want to add other things on, and a couple times they've started doing other work without permission. One time they added $1800 on for brakes. I was able to catch them before they did the work. Any work that takes more than a day ends up taking forever. The last time I left my car there for 6 days and they never called me once. I had to call every day for updates. The last time they quoted me $400 for some work, then when we moved forward they bumped it up to $650. A week later they hadn't done the work, and they forgot to work on the tire I originally brought it in for. It's been very frustrating. I'm never going back to this location.

And then pretty much was telling me that the car was fine and said he heard no sound when he didn’t even take on a test drive! Or allow me to demonstrate the sound.
