  So I went to this Autozone to purchase an oil filter for my car. The manager of the store was the person who helped me, upon helping me he asked about the details for the car. I gave him all the details, Everything I gave him he inputted the wrong information into the system so nothing was correct I repeated myself and let him know that it was wrong..... nothing the manager just looked at me and said okay I'm going to go get your part smh. So when he returns he throws my part on the counter I just looked at him and was like okay........ So in my mind I know that I can just take this part to a different AutoZone exchange it for what I actually need so I paid for the part and walked out the store I was very very disappointed in the manager of the store and the way he handled this purchase. I went to a different AutoZone and explain what happened and I got the correct part and was on my way. ( Tasks the Manager can improve on) • listen to the customers needs • verify that all information is correct on screen lead by example •Never ever throw a customer items on the counter in a disrespectful manner the company bought the items not you. • keep your emotions in check never bring them to the work place. •Retraining*

  I noticed on this trip to AutoZone that they have a new manager, who needs to be talked to about being more dressed for the job. He had on a non AutoZone Tshirt and blue jeans, dirty nails, uncombed hair. Do better AutoZone.
