- ESEvan SkiJan 23, 20265.0I love all the Autozones in Battle Creek, but especially the Autozone in Pennfield off NE Capital Ave. I’ve been going here since I was a kid some 30 years ago. I believe this was the first Autozone that opened in Battle Creek. I love going there. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you no matter how busy they are. They usually have everything in stock, but will check other stores to see if they can get your part in sooner if it’s not on the shelf. My dad went there, I go there and now my kids go there. I highly recommend Autozone and especially the one in Pennfield. Shout out to the two ladies yesterday who helped my little guy in the toy and snack aisle while I was looking for a part for my truck. I will keep going back to this Autozone as long as I live in Battle Creek.
- LLLisaJan 18, 20261.0Customer service sucks!!! Went on a Sunday afternoon, NOBODY else in the store but me and 3 workers! Came asking for help looking for a bolt and the the MANAGER (so he says) was no help! He Pointed the direction of it and said it’s over there. I said can you help me find it. He said he was busy and don’t know what he’s doing. I said sir I’m the only person in the store how are you busy? ( mind you he was standing at the computer doing nothing the whole time I was in there) . Dude was just pure lazy! I know they’re not “mechanics” but to be employed at an auto parts store you should at least know how to find a bolt size correctly! Definitely won’t be back to this one! Went right across the street to O’rileys and without hesitation got me what I needed! Do better!

Sales people were nice just place needs better system
