I was dreading the possibility that the issue was the alternator, but I prepared for the worst and asked if they could test it. To cut a long story short, Trey saved me several hundred dollars with his excellent troubleshooting. I could write ten thousand reviews singing Trey's praises. The entire team at the Columbia Ave store in Battle Creek knows their stuff and provides outstanding customer service

Especially the one in Kalamazoo MI off of Cork St, wow that guy there is a piece of work.

When i got there the older gentleman that was kinda heavy set trying to make me pay almost 100 dollars for ONE blade, after telling him thats way out of my budget he says there only other one they have is 30$ for a single blade. Yall thats crazy. 30$ for a single blade. Ik there are blades that do cost that much but i dont got no special car theres no reason to have to pay that much. I did buy it bc i had no other options in that moment and i needed one at the very least. When i asked him to put it on for me which is a service they offer, he was very rude about it throwing the wiper blade box around. Later that day i called up there and spoke with someone else just to find out if that guy got over on me. He absolutely did. Bc i am a girl he gave me the max amount of money i had blade when i told him i wanted a cheap one for now. So just a heads up ladys. They will get over on yall don't trust them. Ill never go back there again.
