Scheduled almost a month in advance so I could be here for the appointment before my road-trip across the country just for a no-show and no contact.
Reviewed both of my cameras to see if maybe I just missed them swinging by quickly but nothing. No one in the driveway, no text, no call, no email, zero.
After waiting through the entire 5 hour timeframe I attempted to contact support through their text system. I was placed into the queue so I went on about my day waiting for a text. 4 hours later, still nothing. Attempted to go through the system again and finally got someone. They started helping and got to the point of running my phone number to see if notes were added to my account and never replied to my message, the chat simply ended because "I was no longer there" even though the support person just ran away.
Im a patient person... but a month in advance, a 5 HOUR window that can't honored, and failed support twice is ridiculous. Unless your glass is just absolutely shattered and undrivable, go to your local repair shop and support them.

I think Safelite over charges for the alignment service, it cost just as much as the windshield itself. They do this because they know it is required and can basically charge whatever they like, so you have no choice but to pay it, they will refuse the replacement if you refuse the calibration. And the tech who did the install was waiting for a tip. When he returned the vehicle it was dirty, the hood was marred up and has a chip in the paint that wasn't there before.
Amazing service, was able to get in quickly and out quickly for a windshield replacement. The team was kind and helpful. Convenient location for service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a windshield replacement!
